RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
At Neulknot, we believe in creating pieces that are premium, permanent, and built to last. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside Sale or Flash Sale periods.
Condition of Items:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Products (Hygiene Reasons):
Caps, Socks, Rugs, Hats, Masks, Boxers, Shorts, Bodysuits, Crop Tops, Tank Tops, Baby Tees, and Stickers.
Return Refusal:
Neulknot reserves the right to decline returns if the product appears used, washed, damaged, altered, or spoiled (unless received in defective condition).
Defective or Damaged Product:
If you receive a defective item, please email clear images and an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to:

2. Return Charges & Refunds
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD & Prepaid orders
• Refunds will be issued as Neulknot Store Credits (Wallet) only
• Store credits can be used for future purchases
3. Exchange Policy
Exchange Window:
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery (outside sale periods).
Price Difference:
• If the exchanged product is higher in value – price difference must be paid in advance
• If lower in value – remaining balance will be credited to your Neulknot Wallet
Sale & Flash Sale Orders:
Items purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales are not eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits, Caps, Hats, Masks, Boxers, and Shorts.
4. Return & Exchange Process
1. Initiate return/exchange request via the Neulknot Website.
2. Our Customer Experience Team will review and respond within 48 hours.
3. Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval.
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as Store Credits only.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
