Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is effective from December 18th, 2025.Neulknot (“Company”) is committed to transparency, customer focus, and operational efficiency. This Policy governs all orders placed through Neulknot’s official website and outlines the terms under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Dispatch: Physical handover of the Order to the logistics partner.

Transit Issues: Any delay, damage, loss, or theft occurring after dispatch while in the custody of the Third-Party Logistics Provider.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays listed in Annexure A.

RTO (Return to Origin): Orders returned to our warehouse due to non-availability, incorrect address, or delivery failure.
2. PURPOSE
This Policy establishes a clear framework for logistics, timelines, and the allocation of responsibilities between Neulknot and its shipping partners. It clarifies that while Neulknot facilitates the sale, last-mile fulfillment is handled by independent third-party aggregators.
3. ORDER PROCESSING

Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Verification: All orders are subject to payment verification and fraud security reviews.

Modifications: Once an order is marked as "processed," it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Stock: If an item is unavailable after purchase, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
4. PRE-ORDER POLICY

Timeline: Pre-ordered items are dispatched only upon arrival at our facility as per the estimated window on the product page.

Cancellation: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified unless the Company is unable to deliver within the estimated window or the product is discontinued

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International: Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local levies in the destination country.

Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable for RTOs, refused deliveries, or late deliveries due to courier delays.
7. THIRD-PARTY TRANSIT DISCLAIMER
Neulknot partners with third-party logistics aggregators.

Transfer of Risk: Once a package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit-related risks (damage, theft, or delay) passes to the logistics provider.

Limitation of Liability: Neulknot does not assume liability for the negligence of third-party carriers. Remedies for transit issues should be sought directly from the courier.
8. FAILED DELIVERY & RTO
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable:
1. The package is returned to our warehouse (RTO).
2. The original shipping fee is forfeited.
3. Re-shipping charges must be paid by the Customer before a second delivery attempt is made.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
Neulknot is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by Indian law.
