Neulknot relies on third-party courier partners for delivery.

• All prices listed on the website are in INR and exclude shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

• In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery (for non-sale purchases).

Return Eligibility

Neulknot may offer a limited guarantee on selected premium collections purchased at full MRP.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects such as:

The guarantee does NOT cover:

• Damage due to misuse or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
